Artist's self-defence

Together with poet Roman Osminkin, I made two small collections: Artistic Self-Defence and Poetic Self-Defence. They work as micro-guides for artists and poets in moments of doubt — when it is unclear how to continue, how to protect one’s practice, or how to stay vulnerable without giving up.
The project combines short poetic texts and visual instructions, moving between irony, tenderness, and practical survival.
